Over the next 6-12 months, our team of functional medicine writers will create SEO optimized content according to the content calendar.

PHASE THREE:
STRATEGY REALIGNMENT

From time to time, we will reassess the SEO strategy based on analytics and in-clinic trends. If you add new services or capabilities, please let us know.

It’s time to bring the designs to life. We will take the approved design mock-ups and begin the development process in your chosen website platform (Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, Shopify). The development phase includes comprehensive testing, and search engine optimization to set you up for long-term sucess.

This phase includes:

FAQS

Do you offer payment plans?

We collect a retainer of 30% of the invoice total due at the time of contract signature in order to confirm your spot on our calendar. The remaining 70% of the invoice total will be split into separate payments throughout the duration of our project.

How will we communicate?

Communication primarily happens over emails in addition to check-in calls on a monthly to quarterly basis. Once the contract is confirmed, you will receive an invitation to join our Monday.com SEO boards where you can approve keywords and topics.

Can I Add Items After We Complete the Contract?

Absolutely! For any additional items you would like to add on, I will send over an additional proposal that will be added to your final invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed to, your retainer will be 30% of the total invoice. Once that’s taken care of, your project is officially booked!
